Cancellation Policy

Time is precious... we ask clients for a courtesy 24 hour notice for appointments cancellation. Without the 24 hour courtesy notification you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. We understand that family emergency do happen.

Late Arrivals

In effort to respect everyone's busy schedule, including people with treatments after yours, late arrivals can either use the remaining appointment time to enjoy an abbreviated treatment, or reschedule treatments for another day. This is treated as a missed appointment however and a 100% charge is applied.

Sick Policy

Please be aware that if you are sick and are choosing not to cancel because you want to believe or think you will be better in time to receive your treatment and then you are not, you will be charged if it is within the 24 hour cancellation time period. We ask that you consider the health of others when making this decision.
