Tips: There are many healthier ways that can help you live longer!

  1. Walking while you enjoy the color of the trees and flowers around you
  2. Walk when you play golf.
  3. Make love.
  4. Mow your own lawn (walk do not ride and save the planet avoiding the use of gas too) and plant flowers on your garden for you.
  5. Ride a bicycle on the nearby park or go to work on it(and save gas too).
  6. Walk on the beach and breathe the iodine smell from the ocean while listening to the sea waves.
  7. Take the stairs whenever you can.
  8. Wash your own car(and save ten bucks)
  9. Dance at least once or twice a week on your own living room or a nearby club.
  10. Go hiking or climbing close to nature.
  11. Play like a kid with your kids at the park more often.
  12. Use a hand mixer instead of an electric one(save power and our planet too)
  13. Play ping-pong game with someone or any other game outdoors.
  14. Swim if you can regularly, it will disconnect your mind and works as a diuretics too.
  15. Walk to the neighborhood store or at the mall.
